We currently have a TAT of 10-15 business days (does not include weekends and/or holidays). We work hard to expedite all orders as quickly as we can while still maintaining the highest quality products possible.

ShipInsure (Shipping insurance) is automatically added to each order. If you choose to remove ShipInsure from your order at checkout, you are choosing to forfeit coverage in the case that your item is lost, stolen and/or damaged during the delivery process. We are not responsible for the mishandling of your package by any delivery carrier. 

Delivery carriers used by our shop are as follows:

• Canada Post
• UPS
• FedEx
• Canpar
• DHL
• Purolator

Since we offer flat rate shipping to offer our customers a more affordable option, our shop chooses the provider that is nearest the flat rate price. If you have a preference for a shipping provider and/or wish to expedite express, feel free to email us and we can invoice you the difference (amount over the flat rate cost) at your expense.
