We currently have a TAT 3-5 business days for RTS (ready to ship) and 10-15 business days for custom orders (does not include weekends and/or holidays). We work hard to expedite all orders as quickly as we can while still maintaining the highest quality products possible.
ShipInsure (Shipping insurance) is automatically added to each order for the protection of your product in transit (this is not a physical product). If you choose to remove ShipInsure from your order at checkout, you are choosing to forfeit coverage in the case that your item is lost, stolen and/or damaged during the delivery process. We are not responsible for the mishandling of your package by any delivery carrier.
